Learn More About The Exercise Library
I had the privilege to attend the Exercise Prescription as a Complement to Manual Medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018 and it made such a profound impact on me and I was so amazed by the results I was getting. I invited Lisa Chase to conduct a series of seminars In Melbourne, Australia in 2019 which was attended by Osteopaths from all over Australia and New Zealand.
The content is a game-changer and I use the knowledge gained on every single patient I treat and have had incredible and lasting results. The course seamlessly integrates exercise prescription with manual medicine techniques that are taught in a logical and sequential manner.
I would highly recommend this material to every single practitioner, regardless of experience level, who wants to further their understanding in Exercise prescription and patient management.

Dr. Jon Marshall
Principal Osteopath, Back In Health SingaporeThe Exercise Prescription course through Rehab LInks has been a crucial role in all of my treatments from acute to chronic conditions. The compliment to manual therapy is unsurpassed.

Rehab Links has taken the patient’s home program into the 21st century. An easily accessed platform for every patient, Rehab Links increases compliance and improves outcomes. I love that I don’t have to re-educate my patients as often. Rehab Links motivates the patients and makes their home exercise program enjoyable.

Lisa DeStefano
D.O. Professor & Chair Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine MSU College of Osteopathic MedicineI love using rehab links, it fits my busy travel schedule very well with such easy access from my
smartphone, iPad, or laptop. It’s great at keeping me focused and on track, as well as ensures I
am doing all my exercises correctly. The program excels in helping me achieve my own recovery,
fits my active lifestyle, and improved my golf game too!

This exercise framework is a must have for all therapists. Able to use immediately upon return to the clinic with all patients. Enhances the effectiveness of all manual treatments and improves patient outcomes. Fantastic job of tying in objective test/retest measures and functional motor pattern testing to assess effectiveness of manual technique. Also enabling patients to use the same techniques to treat themselves. Amazing insights on specific impairments/imbalances that will lead to specific functional movement pattern dysfunction or muscular inhibitory weakness.

Paul Schaefer, MSPT
This exercise class is the perfect compliment for the manual therapist. I use the material from this course every day with my patients and, now with all the telehealth I have been doing, this material has proved priceless: it allows me to teach my patients how to self-diagnose and then treat their own dysfunctions, which is one of the most powerful tools we can give our patients.
